This page is dedicated to finding a home temporary or otherwise for a family in need. The family can be referred to us by a member service provider organization, or may contact us directly. After a screening and intake process this page will be used in order to link a needy family with a home. Homeowners need only go through an easy screening process as well. Moving expenses will be handled by us or a third party.

I was thinking of ways to link families in need with families with space. Families with space might have a special concern . The might feel they would want to extend their compassion to a single mom who was recently raped, to a battered woman, to a disabled man or woman. There might be a space on the form where this could be expessed. A family might want to give space to a homeless family where the chidren were the same age as there own children, broadening the kid's experience on both sides of what truly makes up our culture.
The homeless family would probably prioritize a safe space and an introduction, to make sure they did not feel less, or invisible.
